Boss Babes Studio Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This notice explains how we collect and use personal information when you apply to become a model with Boss Babes Studio.

Telephone or WhatsApp number
Country of residence
Current model or stage username, if applicable
Previous webcam modelling experience
Information about your equipment and setup
Information about your goals and intended availability
Information you voluntarily provide about concerns or support you may need
How you heard about Boss Babes Studio and any referral information
Any other information you choose to provide in your application
Important note about identity documents
Please do not submit passports, driving licences or other identity documents through the application form. If your application progresses and age or identity verification is required, we will explain the appropriate verification process separately.

Our lawful basis
Depending on how we use your information, we may rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and managing Boss Babes Studio’s recruitment and onboarding processes, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
If we need to process information requiring a different lawful basis, we will identify the appropriate basis before doing so.
How your information is stored
Applications are currently submitted using Google Forms and responses may be stored using Google services such as Google Sheets.
Access will be limited to authorised Boss Babes Studio personnel who need the information for recruitment, administration and onboarding purposes.
We do not sell applicants’ personal information.
How long we keep your information
If your application is unsuccessful or you decide not to proceed, we will normally retain your application information for up to 6 months after the recruitment process ends, unless there is a legitimate or legal reason to retain particular information for longer.
If you become a Boss Babes Studio model, relevant information may form part of your ongoing model or business records and may be retained for different periods. Where appropriate, further privacy information may be provided for that ongoing relationship.
We will periodically review the information we hold and delete or anonymise personal information we no longer need.
Who we may share information with
Your information may be accessed by authorised Boss Babes Studio personnel and by service providers we use to operate our business, including providers of cloud storage, forms, email and other business technology.
Where third-party service providers process personal information on our behalf, we expect appropriate data-protection safeguards to be in place.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where applicable, appropriate steps should be taken to protect international transfers in accordance with UK data-protection law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights in relation to your personal information, including rights to request access, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion or restriction in certain circumstances, and object to certain processing.
